Contact VISU, Support, Business Inquiries & Advertising Partnerships

Reach the VISU team for product support, business partnerships, advertiser onboarding, press inquiries, or general questions about the VISU Network.

VISU Network is a small, focused team building a monetized link-in-bio platform for creators, restaurants, brands, and agencies. We read every message that comes through these channels and reply within two business days for most requests.

Please pick the channel that matches your reason for getting in touch, it routes your message to the right person faster than a generic inbox would.

Product support

If you are a VISU user and need help with your account, your VisuLink page, QR scans, balance, withdrawals (PIX or USDT), or anything else related to using the app, the fastest path is the in-app Help Center under your account menu. You can also reach support by email at support@visu.network.

Please include:

  • Your VISU username (or the email you signed up with)
  • A short description of what happened
  • A screenshot or screen recording if the issue is visual
  • The device and app version (Android, iOS, or web, version number under Settings → About)

We do not ask for passwords. If anyone claiming to be VISU support asks for your password, your one-time code, or your wallet recovery phrase, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to support@visu.network with the original message attached.

Business inquiries

If you operate a restaurant, retail store, event venue, agency, or any business looking to use VISU at scale, for example, table QR codes, branded campaigns, multi-account management, custom verification, or co-marketing, write to partnerships@visu.network.

In your first message, please tell us:

  • Company name and a short description of what you do
  • The country (or countries) you operate in
  • The volume you are looking at, number of locations, number of QR codes, expected monthly scans
  • Whether you need invoicing, a contract, or just want to start with a self-serve VisuLink

We handle B2B requests in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Advertising partnerships

VISU operates its own ad network on top of the VisuLink platform. Every scan and every page visit can serve an ad, and creators get a share of the revenue. If you want to run paid campaigns through the VISU ad network, either as a direct advertiser or as an agency representing brands, write to advertising@visu.network.

In your first message, please tell us:

  • Brand or agency name and the brands you represent
  • Target geographies and languages (we currently serve creators in Brazil, the United States, and Spanish-speaking Latin America)
  • Campaign objective, reach, sign-ups, app installs, in-store visits, or other
  • Approximate budget range and timeline
  • Creative format you prefer, banner, native card on a VisuLink page, post-scan reward video, or a custom format we can discuss

We also work with mediation and ad networks. If you are a mediation partner looking to integrate, please mention the network and the integration type in your first message and we will route you to engineering.

Press, research, and creator-network requests

For press requests, podcast appearances, research interviews, and creator-network partnerships, write to press@visu.network. Please include the publication or organization name, the angle or question, and your deadline if you have one.

Mailing address

VISU Network is operated by a private company. For legal and tax correspondence that requires a physical address, please write to legal@visu.network first so we can provide the correct registered address for your jurisdiction.

Stay connected

The fastest place to keep up with product updates is the VISU Help Center and the news section on visu.network. If you want a quick way to evaluate what VISU does before reaching out, the About VISU page and the VisuLink use cases page cover the most common questions creators and businesses ask us in the first email.

If your question is small and you do not need a private reply, the Help Center probably already has the answer, we keep it updated with the questions we see most often across all three languages we support.
