VISU Terms of Service — Platform Rules and User Responsibilities

VISU Terms of Service. Read the rules for creating a VisuLink, claiming a username, earning from QR scans, and using the VISU advertising network.

These Terms of Service govern your use of VISU (visu.to and related properties operated by VISU Network). By creating an account or using any feature of the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Account creation and identity

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create a VISU account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Usernames on visu.to are issued on a first-come, first-served basis with reserved exceptions for trademarks, generic terms, and platform routes. VISU reserves the right to reclaim any username that infringes a third-party trademark, impersonates another person or brand, or violates these terms.

2. Acceptable use

You may use VISU to publish your VisuLink, promote your content, drive traffic via QR codes, and earn from the VISU ad network. You may not:

  • Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or violates third-party rights
  • Use VISU to distribute malware, phishing pages, or deceptive content
  • Manipulate scans, traffic, or earnings through bots, click farms, or automated tools
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute VISU services without an active partner agreement
  • Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to disrupt platform infrastructure

Violations may result in account suspension, withholding of earnings, and legal action where appropriate.

You retain ownership of the content you publish on your VisuLink. By publishing on VISU, you grant VISU a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as required to operate the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you publish.

VISU does not pre-moderate VisuLinks but reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

4. Earnings, fees, and payouts

VISU pays creators a share of ad revenue generated by visits and QR scans on their VisuLink. Revenue share percentages depend on your plan tier and are subject to change with notice. Earnings are calculated based on validated scans only — fraudulent or invalid traffic does not count.

Withdrawals are processed via PIX (Brazil) or USDT (international) once you reach the minimum threshold. Withdrawal fees, processing times, and minimums are published in the dashboard and may change with notice.

Earnings are paid in the currency selected at withdrawal. Conversion rates and gas fees apply where relevant.

5. Plan changes and cancellation

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your paid plan at any time from the dashboard. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Refunds for paid plans are governed by the refund policy linked in the billing section.

6. Intellectual property

VISU and its logos, branding, and platform code are the property of VISU Network. You may not use VISU branding without written permission, except as part of normal use of the platform (e.g., the VISU logo on your default QR code).

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. VISU may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. Upon termination, your VisuLink becomes inactive, and any earnings already accrued are paid out subject to fraud review and minimum thresholds.

8. Disclaimers and limitations

VISU is provided as-is. We do not guarantee specific earnings, uptime, or reach. To the extent permitted by law, VISU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

VISU may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard and via email where applicable. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
